Our beans are braised with cherry wood, juniper, and all spice to create a creamy and flavorful dish, and the blue corn tortillas are made with locally sourced masa, hand pressed fresh every morning.
We're telling a whole new story at Kachina Cantina with ingredients that have deep roots in the land, sourced locally whenever possible. Inspired by indigenous ingredients and the spirit of Colorado land, our new menu is rooted in intentional cooking and a respect for tradition.
