Explore unique flavors from both Chef Carlos Fierro and Chef Ricardo Miron as they come together to create several courses incorporating the flavors of southwestern flare and hispanic history.
Dinner will take place on September 30th at Kachina Cantina, from 6 - 8pm. Both chefs will dive into the history, inspiration, and complimentary tastes of each dish and drink. The official tequila partner for this dinner will be Dame Mas, providing expressions to pair exquisitely with each course.
Menu and ticket availability coming soon, and 20% of food and beverage sales will be donated to Chicano Humanities & Arts Council.
